Refund Policy

You may return any non defective or undamaged item for 30 days after the purchase. Before making your return you must fill out a return merchandise authorization form. Non defective products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are for exchange or in house credit.

All returning merchandise must be "new" in its original packaging, unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. Special products must be returned with all instructions, manuals, warranty cards, etc. We are not responsible for incoming freight damage.

Non defective hose assemblies are not returnable. Lines may be rebuilt or adjusted to length with a new fitting or end as length allows. All hose assemblies are pressure tested after build, before they leave our facility.
